Despicable Me Back To Movies Page

I have been awaiting the release of this film ever since I first the teaser trailer; I knew this would be a movie I could not miss.  Starring the voices of Steve Carrell (The Office), Jason Segal (How I met Your Mother), and Julie Andrews this sinister film will keep you coming back for more and one you will want to see again and again.

Despicable Me is all about finding that inner mad scientist that lives within us all.  The loveable yet crazy characters, especially the minions, will keep you thoroughly entertained.  Now about the minions, these little guys are the hit of the show; the level of humor they brought to the film far surpassed my expectations.  Now back to our regularly scheduled review.  Our main character Gru, portrayed by Carrell, is in search of acceptance in world of equally sinister mad scientists.  For a while, I had flashbacks to those classic Get Smart shows where Agent 99 was always fighting CHAOS with the latest and greatest crime fighting gadgets.  While these gadgets were not always the most resourceful, they did provide for a level of entertainment to the episodes (and hey we all need entertainment).  Anyway, Despicable Me provided that same type of nostalgia sense while keeping the storyline eventful and clever.  As Gru finds his way through the film so does he find acceptance in a certain loveable aspect.

There several memorable instances in this film including the creation of one fart gun, but what would anyone need that?  And of course the infamous shrink ray; but that’s all I will say about that.

Make your way to the United Artist theater and check out Despicable Me because that’s what the minions what you to do!  A+ "It's So Fluffy!"
