“Are you Smarter Than A 5TH Grader?”debuted in February 2007 as FOX’s highest
rated series premiere in 13 years and was the highest rated premiere at any
network in five years. The premise of our pro-educational game show is: adult
contestants try to answer grade school questions with the help of their 5th Grader“classmates”. The questions are taken
from elementary school textbooks. During the game, the adult can get help from
a kid in answering the questions.
