LAKE ARTHUR, LA (KPLC) -
A 19-year-old man has been arrested on after-the-fact accessory charges in connection with the Feb. 2015 death of 73-year-old Charles Raymond Talen.
Talen was found dead in his Lake Arthur home after his car was found abandoned and burned in Vermilion Parish. Talen died of blunt-force trauma to the head, according to the coroner. Click HERE for more.
Damian Vaughn Robinson, of Lake Arthur, is the 11th arrest in connection with Talen's death.
Robinson is charged with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder and obstruction of justice.
"Detectives received information that Robinson had involvement in the possession and movement of stolen items from the Talen residence, taken during the murder of Charles Raymond Talen in 2015," said Chief Deputy Chris Ivey, spokesman for the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff's Office. "Robinson admitted to detectives during the interview that he moved evidence and possessed items that were taken from the Talen residence."
Robinson is being held without bond.
