Ivan Monceaux III, 20, has been found guilty of aggravated rape after sexually assaulting a 7-year-old boy in 2015.
At the time of the assault, Monceaux was 19-years-old and was playing video games with the victim, who was also his neighbor.
Judge Ron Ware found Monceaux guilty on Tuesday. Monceaux faces a mandatory life sentence when Ware imposes sentence on April 24.
According to Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Department Spokeswoman Kim Myers, Monceaux told the victim he would buy him a horse featured in the game they were playing if the boy had sexual contact with him. Click HERE for more.
The victim was later brought to a local hospital with injuries consistent with sexual assault, according to Myers. Monceaux denied having sexual contact with the boy.
